The Ordering Process

Browse the gallery to see past keepsakes. Send me an inquiry via our ‘Inquire Here’ page. If your date is available you’ll be prompted to place your order and we will collect important details, including your event date, contact information, and whether you plan to drop off your flowers locally or ship them to me.

Explore and Submit an Inquiry

After your form is submitted, we’ll coordinate a drop-off time. If you’re shipping your flowers, I’ll send clear packing instructions to ensure they arrive safely. Once your blooms are received, I’ll begin the silica-drying process to preserve their natural shape and color.

Flower Drop-off or Shipping

Your flowers will dry slowly over several weeks before being thoughtfully arranged into a shadow box keepsake. The full preservation process takes approximately 8–12 weeks from receipt of flowers. You’ll be notified when your piece is complete and ready for pickup or delivery.
