FAQs
How soon do my flowers need to be preserved?
Flowers should be delivered or shipped within 1–2 days of your event for the best results. The fresher the blooms, the better they will hold their shape and color during the preservation process. Click here for our flower shipping guide!
How long does the process take?
From the time your flowers are received, the full process takes approximately 8–12 weeks. This allows for slow drying and careful hand-arranging to ensure a lasting keepsake
Will the colors look exactly the same as the original flowers?
Some natural color shift is expected during preservation. Whites may soften to ivory, reds and purples may deepen, and delicate petals may become more muted. These changes are part of the natural preservation process and give each piece its unique, heirloom quality.
Do you offer local drop-off ?
Yes and it is preferred! Local drop-off is available in Santa Barbara by appointment. Upon purchase we will come up with a plan for getting your flowers to us!
What happens if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
While every effort is made to preserve flowers as received, I cannot guarantee results if blooms arrive severely wilted or damaged. I will always work with what is usable and communicate clearly if adjustments are needed.
How should I care for my finished keepsake?
Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from moisture or high humidity. With proper care, your preserved flowers will remain beautiful for many years.
Can I add special items to my keepsake?
Yes. Ribbons, invitations, handwritten notes, or small personal items can often be included. Please mention any add-ons in your inquiry form so we can plan accordingly.
